This work exists for high performers shaped by sport, who are navigating what comes next. It is designed to help you make sense of pressure, identity shifts, and decision-making after (or alongside) elite performance.
This is not therapy. It is not motivational coaching. It is structured thinking, grounded reflection, and practical action for people who are used to performing.

Clarify the moment you are in: We start by naming the real question you are facing right now. Not the broad / vague version. The one that keeps resurfacing.
Understand how sport shaped you: Together, we map the skills, habits, and coping mechanisms you built in sport and identify which still serve you and which may now limit you.
Reframe pressure and identity: We work through how pressure, comparison, and expectations show up outside of sport, so you can respond intentionally instead of reactively.
Create forward movement: Each session ends with clearer thinking and specific actions you can take between sessions.
Over time, the goal is not just answers, but stronger judgment and confidence when answers are unclear.

All coaching engagements begin with a 90-day commitment and are offered across three plan options, allowing time for momentum, reflection, and real change.
Baseline: On session per month
Standard: 2 sessions per month
Intensive: Weekly sessions
